Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve patients' speech and language skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patients' progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Additional Certifications and Licenses preferred
  • One year experience in a SNF environment
