Detailed Job Description:

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Scheduling Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Extinguisher, Clean Agent & Kitchen Hood inspections and repairs for current customer base
- Dispatching technicians for each scheduled inspection or repair
- Contacting customers to schedule inspections and repairs
- Backup on phones

Educational/Experience Requirements:

- Applicant must have 3+ years scheduling experience for a service company.
- Applicant must have graduated from high school. Any college degree is a plus.
- Experience in a service-related industry is a plus.
- Must be a motivated self-starter.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- This is a small business environment; applicant must be versatile and work well with others.

Hours

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday in our office located at 4700 Highlands Parkway,
Smyrna, GA 30082. There is plenty of parking provided. You must work 8 hours each day with a
minimum 30-minute lunch break. Your hours can be from 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm,
whichever works best for you.

Administrative/Computer Skills:

- Must be able to type quickly and efficiently as well as navigate a computer easily.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook for email required.
- Ability to be able to learn a new software is required.
