Land Acquisition Coordinator

Qualifications

  • Preference for Understanding of GIS and Zoning Codes/Ordinances
  • Able to negotiate
  • Analytical
  • Detail Oriented
  • Willing and Able to Learn
  • Organizational Skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office with Emphasis on Excel

Preference for Junior Planners, Engineers, and Landscape Architects

Responsibilities:

•Review and analyze new potential incoming land leads

•Source infill lots through various acquisitions channels

•Fill out purchase contract templates

•Utilize inhouse due diligence checklist for infill lot acquisitions

•Network with wholesalers, investors, and brokers

•Learn the market value for land in various regions

•Complete all other duties as assigned by manager

•Maintain professional demeanor in all interactions and communications

•Adhere to and promote the cultural values of PRESPRO: Stewardship, Honor, Responsibility, Excellence, and Drive.
