Position: Property Management Leasing Specialist

Type: Full Time- Contract/Temp

Schedule: 5 day work week, Saturdays required & on call Sundays.

Role Overview: As a Property Management Leasing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for handling various aspects of leasing, customer service, and marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with prospects, tenants, and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiating leases, and closing deals
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects, conduct property tours, and effectively communicate property features and leasing terms
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends, market rents, and competitive pricing strategies
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants
  • Stay up-to-date with property market rents and comps to effectively position our properties
