International Support Group (ISG) is looking for a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) to join its. Candiate must have general knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Must have general knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
  • Ability to QC completed jobs
  • HVAC/EPA & Technician license a plus
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as, but not limited to safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform preventative maintenance as required, in the gym, on kitchen equipment, cleaning of gutters, fire and light inspections, and performing general maintenance repairs as needed.
  • Conduct Quality Control Checks for our in-house PMs, especially HVAC.
  • Conduct Quality Control Checks for our subcontractor's completed work.
  • Must understand the approved scope of work and ensure that the scope of work is completed to ISG's quality standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have prior experience in general maintenance, especially relating to HVAC.
  • GED or High School diploma preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to pass Federal background check.
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be able to write and read to interpret written manuals and directives
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
