Kitchen Assistant

**About Us:**
We are On The Menu Inc., a rapidly growing small business dedicated to delivering delicious, home-cooked meals to our customers. All of our meals are prepared in our kitchen and delivered straight to the customers door so all they have to do is pop it in the oven at dinner time. Our team is passionate about food and committed to providing exceptional service to the communities of Blaine, Ham Lake, Coon Rapids and Andover.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in food preparation which includes: Chopping fruits and vegetables. Preparing sauces, marinades and dressings. Measuring and portioning ingredients. Assembling dishes. Properly packaging food to ensure orders are complete and accurate. 
-Kitchen hours are every Monday and Tuesday: 9am to 1pm.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety standards and guidelines.
- Package meals for delivery with care and attention to detail.
- Deliver orders to our customers every Tuesday from 1pm to approximately 2 or 3pm (after kitchen work is completed).
- Larger vehicle/SUV preferred but not required.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in catering/kitchen environment is a plus but definitely not required. I would be happy to train the right person 
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- A smartphone for delivery purposes, with the ability to use navigation apps.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
- A friendly and positive attitude is a MUST We like to have fun in the kitchen
