We are seeking a Home Remodeling Sales Consultant to join our team You will prospect and develop leads from home owners, investors, business owners looking to remodel their biggest investment, their home or property.. We will provide you with customer leads from homeowners who have called on Old Mill Remodel and Restoration based on our stellar reputation through Wake, Durham, Orange, Wilson and Johnston County to renovate or remodel their interior or exterior. As an award winning Remodeling and Restoration company, we are looking for a talented, hungry professional who only wants to be capped financially based upon their own limitations.

Salary, Commission, Gas Stipend, full benefits package including 401(k) for the right, driven candidate. First year anticipated compensation package should exceed $100,000.

  • Must be experienced as a home consultant promoting products for home improvement or renovation.
  • work with customer from start to finish to ensure hey receive superior service all the way through their project.
  • Supervise deposits and draw schedules with clients
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with vendors/suppliers as needed to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Close sales calls with home or property owners through strong communication skills and salesmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home remodeling, sales, consultative remodeling work other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software a plus but not necessary.
  • Strong sales qualities and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with homeowners
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
