We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Job Representative to join our team in Solano County, CA, on a commission-only basis.

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for Gentlehands Home Care, you will be responsible for generating new client leads and partnerships to expand our services throughout Solano County. Your role will include networking with healthcare professionals, attending local community events, and promoting our services to individuals and families in need of home care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and referral sources, such as doctors, hospitals, senior centers, and rehabilitation facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Educate the community about Gentlehands Home Care services and the benefits of in-home care.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Gentlehands Home Care team to ensure seamless onboarding and care planning for new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the healthcare/home care industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Solano County area and local healthcare providers.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout Solano County.
• Ability to work on a commission-only basis.
