Job Description:
Are you interested in a hands-on role that allows you to develop skills, and grow within a company? Look no further than JR Concrete Pumping and Millers Mini Mix. Looking for a motivated problem solver to handle a busy phone with attention to detail. Dispatcher will need to be committed and take all calls and handle all call backs in a swift manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone, emails, communicating clearly with the customer.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with coworkers
- Properly use dispatch software to accurately maintain customer records and schedule service team accordingly
- Coordinate and initiate customer dispatch requests and changes with the service team and other departments

Hours:
Monday-Friday 7am- 2pm, half days every other Saturday
