Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Line Pump Operator to join our team at JR Concrete Pumping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our concrete pumps and equipment to deliver high-quality concrete to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate concrete pumps and equipment in a safe and conscientious manner to ensure efficient and effective delivery of concrete to job sites.
  • Set up and maintain equipment, including pumps, hoses, and other accessories, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment and concrete pumps.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
