Position: Event Staff
Location: Downtown San Diego
Dates: Thursday, September 12th to Sunday, September 15th
Shift Times: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4-12 hr. shift available)
Pay Rate: $20/hour (Overtime after 8 hours at $30/hour)

Description:
We are seeking 20-25 dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our event team for a special occasion taking place from September 12th to September 15th. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful event experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest registration and seating
  • Manage guest transitions between multiple rooms (up to 2-3) based on workshop schedules
  • Apply leadership skills to effectively follow and execute the set seating plan
  • Ensure a positive experience for all attendees through professional and attentive service

Requirements:

  • Ability to start shifts promptly at 5:00 AM
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs
  • Previous experience in event staff or hospitality roles is a plus, but not required
