Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  1. Strategic Financial Planning For Our Clients: Collaborate with our legal team to develop innovative financial strategies that support our clients' objectives and maximize profitability.

  2. Tax Compliance and Reporting (For our clients and the IRS): Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to minimize risk.

  3. Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide insights into performance trends and identify areas for improvement or growth opportunities.

  4. Budget Management: Our clients often need financial guidance to prepare for IRS negotiations, tax returns, and bankruptcy. 

  5. Audit Preparation and Support: Prepare for audits and assist in responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance with legal and financial requirements.

  6. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within our accounting department.

  7. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.

  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in accounting and taxation, seeking opportunities to enhance our firm's financial operations and efficiency. We often take C.L.E's together, but also encourage you to stay current.
