Automotive Sales Consultant

Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant in our Buy Here Pay Here dealership, you will be instrumental in helping customers find the right vehicle and financing solution that fits their budget. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and financial situations.
- Guide customers through our financing process, including credit checks and loan approvals.
- Showcase vehicles to customers and demonstrate features and benefits during test drives.
- Negotiate terms of sale and financing options that meet both the customer's needs and our company's standards.
- Utilize social media platforms and other marketing strategies to attract potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership or automotive sales environment.
- Strong understanding of financing processes and credit assessment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or finance is a plus.
