This is not an IT Engineer position. The ideal candidate will be part of our Sales team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our IT products and services to new and existing customers, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical customers. (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell IT products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide technical information and advice to customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in selling IT products & services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and related products and services.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
