Sales Support Engineer

Ideal candidate should have the following:

- Material Handling background and system automation knowledge – preferably with pallet handling conveyors and equipment
- Engineering background or strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a technical sales environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and must be able to multitask and set priorities
- Enjoys working in a demanding and fast paced work environment
- Dedicated individual that likes to succeed and sets goals
- Strong computer skills – AutoCAD, Word, Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with Alba's sales team and customers during the sales process
- Build strong long lasting relationship with Customers
- Gather information from Customers for their equipment and application needs
- Generate quotes and preliminary sales drawings
- Assist with estimating of equipment to complete quotes
- Follow-up with customers to learn the status of quotes, projects and new sales opportunities
