Job Description

  • Grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts.
  • Educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home
  • Schedule homeowners for a no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists
  • We provide you neighborhoods to work, no need to meet at an office daily
  • Marketing materials & company apparel provided
  • Growth opportunities for top reps to become an Outside Sales/ Consulting Arborist

Compensation:

  • Base pay ($39K-$52K) + commission plans available
  • Straight commission pay plans available as well
  • Commission rates up to 8% of sales
  • Reps average $50K -$80K per year, top performers earn up to and beyond $100,000 per year.

  • Milestone incentives (Up to $450 in one-time incentives, Premium uniform package, Travel allowance, $1,500 New Hire Incentive after 90 and 180 days)
