Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the everyday changes with CEO of software updates.
  • Oversee the flow of calls from customers.
  • Analyze information to assess current customers and collections. As well as demonstrate how software works.
  • Review analysis of software usage.
  • Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial department of car dealership, strong computer skills, strong customer service skills, ability to multi task.
  • Knowledge of common car dealership software.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure and sales experience.
