SUMMARY:This position will require learning machinery safety, machinery operation, machinery set-up & shutdown, as well as ancillary functions in the molding department. This person will be responsible forfollowing specific manufacturing procedures to complete tasks. Must be a self-starter who can workwell under pressure, set daily production goals, understand a wide range of tasks so when one taskis finished move onto another, and continually look for areas of improvement.
