Architect – Residential

High End and Custom Homes

We are looking for a qualified individual to lead our Architecture Team.

In this role the candidate will manage and/or perform a wide range of tasks pertaining to each home. We have projects under construction in Seattle and on the Eastside.

Some in person client meetings will be required.

Architecture Job Description

Evaluate Site Conditions

Work with Clients on one-on-one basis

Develop scope of work and client requirements

Develop budget for scope of services

Prepare Schematic Designs

Coordinate completion of working drawings

Coordinate with outside consultants as needed

(Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Renderings, 3D Drawings etc.)

Prepare building permit submittal package.

Manage all permits required to build a home.

The description listed above is just a guide and the selected applicant may be asked to perform other duties/tasks on this list as well.

Required Experience:

· 5 years overall experience in residential architecture.

· Licensed Architect in the state of Washington.

· Have knowledge of building materials, assemblies, and methods.

· Ability to work well on a team and individually.

· Strong working knowledge and ability to work on CAD
