We are in search of a Medical Biller/Collections Specialist to join our team in Miramar, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with charge posting, managing individual accounts, handling medical billing and collections, and navigating insurance portals.

The following qualities will get applicant highly considered:

  • If applicant speaks Spanish and English
  • Accurately process customer credit applications

Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records

Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account statuHandle full-cycle billing for individual accounts, including invoice generation and follow-up for payment collection
  • Navigate various insurance portals, such as commercial insurance, to manage billing and collections
  • MUST know software ECW Hub (training will be provided)
  • We require background clearance before starting
  • Work on-site in Miramar, Florida, as part of a fast growing team
  • Must have proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Experience in handling Appeals is required
  • Should possess skills in Authorizations
  • Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary
  • Must have expertise in Medical Billing
  • Prior experience in Insurance Billing is essential

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • 1 day out of the week until 5:30pm
  • Friday
  • 8:00am – 1:30pm

  • Bonus

  • ICD-10: 2-4 year (Preferred)
