Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Lead Web Engineer to understand business requirements and translate them into effective web-based software solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain web-based software applications that support financial processes and operations.

Participate in the implementation of software enhancements and new features.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and integrity of web-based financial software applications.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on web-based software solutions for continuous improvement.

Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing web-based software systems.

Stay informed about industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to the finance sector.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in web development

  • Required Knowledge of Laravel: Version 9+

  • Required Knowledge of Laravel Livewire: Version 2+

  • Familiarity with SaSS Applications

  • Solid understanding of mathematical concepts.

  • Experience with database management systems, data modeling, and MySQL.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Experience with integrating third-party APIs and services.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and security best practices.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
