We are seeking a Manual Machinist to join our team Our core clientele is commercial, municipal and industrial facilities. We complete level III repairs with full machining capabilities. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience using manual lathes and manual mill machines.

Pump applications that we service:

*Domestic, Hot Water Circulation, Boiler Feed, Condensate, Wastewater, Chill Water, Condenser Water, Process Water, etc.

Responsibilities / Qualities:

  • At least 3 years as a machinist
  • Reverse engineering of defective components
  • Fabrication of shafts, sleeves, rings, housings
  • Ability to OD, ID Thread
  • Finish parts to required tolerance
  • Mechanical skills

We are seeking a Manual Machinist to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual lathes and mills to produce precision parts
  • Modify parts and materials to improve overall production
  • Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
  • Familiarity machine tools and equipment
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong use of precision measurement tools: Calipers, Dial Indicators, Micrometers, etc.
