We are looking for 1+ years experienced line cook to work full-time in our Midlothian location. 

Qualifications include:

Must understand different cooking methods such as grilling and frying

Must know to cut and store a range of different ingredients different ways and follow recipes 

Must have knife skills

Must be able to adapt to a adapt to a changing menu 

Must be able to stand on feet up to 8 hours 

Must have reliable transportation 

Must have food handlers card or retain one within two weeks of employment 

Must work well and communicate with others 

Must keep a professional attitude under pressure 

Must be able to work under pressure 

Be consistent in preparation and cleanliness and proper hygiene at all times
