We are looking to take on 10 new sales reps ASAP and change their life. To qualify to come on, you have to have a track record of knowing how to sell and a portfolio.
Want to only hire killers and not any scrubs that need to be micromanaged. We offer tons of upgrades and our warranties blow other companies out the water.
In addition to roofing and siding, we have gutters, painting, windows and more. More products offered, the higher your earning potential
Please keep in mind when you apply, this is a commission-only position, but it is UNCAPPED.
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- CRM experience
- Previous sales experience (not required)
- Exterior construction experience a bonus but not required
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Bi-weekly Draw with UNLIMITED commission pay
- We do a 10/50/50 split
- Flexible schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Canvass potential/current neighborhoods and "knock on doors"
- Provide quote/solution at first appointment
- Follow-up on warm leads
- Use CRM (Online Software) to manage your leads, quotes, and sales
- Upload pictures and videos of homes and projects to Cloud System
- Follow-up on sales appointments with a system that supports at least 7 touch points
- Provide Roof Inspection
