Responsibilities:

Photography: Take high-quality pictures of vacant apartments for marketing purposes.

Apartment Showings: Conduct tours of vacant apartments to potential tenants, including evenings, Saturdays as needed.

Must have personal transportation 

Social Media Marketing: Post and manage listings of available apartments on various social media platforms.

Lease Agreements: Handle tenancy and lease agreements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and filed.

Administrative Tasks: Utilize Excel and Word for various administrative tasks related to property management.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and can speak either Portuguese or Spanish.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Availability: Flexible hours with availability for evening and weekend showings.

Experience: Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus but not required.
