Job DescriptionJob Description

Combilift Depot is seeking a Parts Counter/Admin Person to join our team at our corporate office in Tomball, TX. As a member of the parts staff your position will require the ability to complete parts orders for our customers and service techs. We are looking for a long term employee as we continue to expand throughout Texas and Louisiana.

 

Job Duties:

  • Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Answering inbound parts calls.
  • Communicating with vendors.
  • Generating Quotes, Invoices, and PO's
  • Transferring Parts within inventory system
  • Working with our mechanics and other offices to identify correct parts.
  • Assisting with inventory management.
  • Sourcing other suppliers for parts.
  • Following up with customers.
  • Gathering shipping quotes.
  • Completing Parts Spreadsheets
  • Other general parts related activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE Good Computer & Communication Skills
  • No parts experience required
  • Organized
  • Able to Multi-Task
  • Experience in Excel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Professional Appearance
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to communicate directly with customers
  • High School Diploma, GED or 12 months recent verifiable experience
  • Must be able to pass drug and background check
  • 5 day work week - 8am to 5pm
