Our firm acquires, renovates, and manages apartment communities in highly desirable locations primarily in eastern Washington. We are a fast-growing company on the cusp of a large-scale expansion and are currently working on building out our portfolio into Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Nevada.

LEASING AGENT – MULTIPLE PROPERTIES ACROSS SPOKANE COUNTY – SPOKANE, WA

This key member of our property management team will be responsible for:

  • Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home.
  • Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish in coordination with our leasing coordinator.
  • Keeping an eye on what our competitors are doing by monitoring local market trends and updating property comparable pricing.
  • Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for our new residents to move in and enjoy. Taking professional level photographs of rent-ready apartments for marketing.
  • Building strong professional relationships with our residents by providing outstanding customer service.

Candidates who apply should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
  • Previous leasing experience is desirable, but not a requirement.
  • Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Working experience with AppFolio, Apple Macintosh ecosystem, and point of sale software is a huge plus.
  • Social media and marketing knowledge is highly desirable, but not a requirement.
  • Experience taking high quality photographs is desirable, but not a requirement. Will train the right person.
  • Previous hotel or hospitality industry working as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant or reservations agent is a plus.
  • Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable automobile.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as the job dictates, in order to accommodate prospective tenant's schedules for showings

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
