We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Holistic BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to incorporating holistic practices into their treatment plans. This role involves working closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized programs that address a wide range of needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ strengths and areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles and holistic practices.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective treatment.
- Provide direct supervision and training to ABA therapists and support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and program changes.
- Stay current with developments in ABA and holistic treatment methodologies through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong understanding of holistic approaches to treatment, including mindfulness, nutrition, and environmental factors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating holistic practices into ABA treatment plans.
- Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities (e.g., occupational therapy, speech therapy).
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
