Job Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food to the exact customer’s specifications. Line Cook duties will consist of preparing each order as they come through and amongst other daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and team goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu.
  • Efficiently manage multiple food orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Follow the restaurant's recipes and procedures accurately.
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our high quality standards.
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Monitor food stock and notify managers, as needed.
  • Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
