California Cartridge Company is an office equipment company providing printers , multifunction printers (MFP), copiers & and large format plotters to area businesses. We are seeking a driven Print Management Sales Rep to sell agreements, hardware, and supplies to existing and new customers.

This position rewards the individual who can create sales opportunities in exchange for maximum commission payout. Required skill sets include being highly driven/competitive, having excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn technology, and the ability to self-manage. Looking for driven individuals who are willing to put in the many calls and visits to potential customers to build the client base, something which most are not willing to do. The position can offer repeat sales opportunities creating increased income as the territory matures and develops.

The Training

Duties & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably business-to-business, with a proven track record. Industry/technology experience is not required but a plus.
  • Be results driven; achieve monthly revenue and profit objectives
  • Have a positive and productive attitude
  • Be the primary contact for customers within the territory, with a good grasp of who the main decision-makers are within each of their accounts
  • Build rapport with customers to best understand needs and provide solutions
  • Be self-disciplined to perform the daily activities required to achieve desired results

- Prospect & make cold calls & visits - Plan, schedule appointments, demos, trials & quotes/proposals

- Call, email & follow-up on communications

- Marketing and promotional activities

- Manage customers within the customer relationship (CRM) management software
