Ideally have past sales experience. This can be in the form of waiting tables, bartending, or any role where you were selling either a product, your personality or skills. Those with previous direct sales roles are certainly encouraged to apply. Whether it is a sport, getting good grades, rank in the military or anything that you are trying to accomplish, we are looking for the mentality of a winner.
Possess the ability to motivate, inspire and create a positive environment for those around them.
Thrives in a team environment and although competitive, can and will celebrate success of others and the collective group.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

- Average first-year reps earn $50-100K. And average does not mean the mathematical average. It means the sales person(s) were average at selling in the first year. You can far exceed the "average" should you choose to put in the requisite time and energy
