Location: Belle Chasse, LA 70037 (ON SITE)

Job Pay Rate: $21-22/hour on W2

Job Type: Contract role

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 07:00 PM

 

Job Description:

Will be on straight days until employee becomes familiar with plant

Understand and comply with all government and company health regulations

Ability to perform repairs with minimal supervision

Ability to find correct replacement components for fixed assets in warehouse

Ability to lead jobs and work with junior millwrights

Actively support Reliability through Preventive, Predictive and Proactive

Proficient with uses, requirements, & inspections for Fall Restraint, Fall Arrest, Harnesses, Lanyards, etc.

Different types of Electrical Hazards

Relationship of Exposure to Hazard and Injury

Construction and operation of mechanical equipment

Confined Space & Permitting

Hotwork & Permitting

Lock out tag out

Elevated Work
