Senior Living Sales Specialist

As a Senior Living Sales Specialist, you will represent our Carespring Senior Living Community (IL/AL) through marketing and community involvement, as well as internally maintaining and managing occupancy rates. You will report to the Executive Director with additional oversight from the Chief Development Officer.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Providing information on facility services to any inquiry of the facility
- Constantly creating & maintaining sales plan “cookbook” as the basis for establishing strong relationships with potential referral sources (this includes healthcare & non-health care referral opportunities)
- Working within the “sales model” while maintaining relationships with interdisciplinary team/”medical model” to coordinate patient care & appropriateness of move in to the appropriate level of service (this also includes support in transitioning current residents to different levels of care/living units)
- Completion of all required documentation in relation to new facility move-ins
- Maintaining move-in & Sales Goals as established with management
You'll Need To Have:
- Proven sales experience with a background in Senior Living or healthcare preferred
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Successfully completed our Sales Assessment
