Seeking 3 licensed Interim Outpatient Pharmacy Managers (or perm) Start ASAP for 3-6 months possible Temp to Hire

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for entering medication orders, preparing, counseling, and dispensing medications to patients. They will also ensure that medications are prescribed and administered correctly to patients within the institution. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. This position offers a great schedule from Monday to Friday with no weekends, nights, or holidays.

Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy required, PharmD degree preferred.
License / Certification and Alabama Controlled Substance certification required BLS required within 6 months of employment.
Retail and specialty pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to perform computer order entry duties accurately.
Proficient in needed pharmaceutical calculations and the metric system.
Excellent customer service skills

- ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
 Light to moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs.) -Heavier weights with assistance
 Sitting & standing for long periods of time
 Repetitive motions and/or prolonged computer use
 Working at a fast pace, subject to many interruptions and both physical and mental stress
 All jobs currently require clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English
