We are searching for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to manage a high-volume litigation case load -- and who is able to build and nurture relationships with clients to help them navigate the stressful time after an injury.
To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to work independently, but also able to work with other team members when needed to ensure positive experiences for all clients.
Successful candidates will have:
- 3 years experience as a Personal Injury paralegal
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and ability to build relationships with clients
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment with other staff members and attorneys
