Position Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist and Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing client relationships. This multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to blend customer-centricity with creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional strategies. Utilize your creativity to craft compelling messaging and engaging materials across various platforms.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and feedback to derive actionable insights for improving products, services, and customer experiences. Leverage analytical tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account details.

  • Customer Support: Provide exemplary customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Strive to exceed customer expectations at every interaction.

  • Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively offering solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.

  • Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or greater preferred, but not required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience in customer support, account management, or marketing roles.

  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport and conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and materials.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. 

  • Eagerness to acquire new skills, tackle unfamiliar challenges, and seize opportunities for personal and professional growth.

  • 1099 position with ability to move to a W-2 after 30 days of employment

  • 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. No weekends required.
