**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality graphic content including event posters, merchandise, beer labels, social media graphics, website assets, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop marketing strategies and implement plans to promote events, products, and brand initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing, and incorporate innovative ideas into our campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and management to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and marketing coordination.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for design, creativity, and innovation.
