Step into a role where your expertise not only shapes futures but also defines the standard of care and support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)within NJ’s public schools. Every Child Behavior Solutions is proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) consultants to oversee and enhance the elementary level (PK-5) Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program within a progressive public district in Middlesex County, NJ. As a BCBA consultant, your role will be pivotal in sparking change and fostering growth within a community of committed educators.

This is a 10-month position (September-June). Contracted hours are Monday-Friday between 8:30AM-3:00PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), crafting a deep understanding of each student's unique needs.
  • Develop and manage individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs, utilizing RethinkEd software to tailor strategies that promote student success and independence.
  • Empower classroom teachers and paraprofessionals through targeted training and ongoing classroom support, embedding effective ABA strategies into the heart of our educational framework.
  • Harness the power of data-driven decision-making to evaluate student progress.
  • Engage actively in collaborative meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance student well-being and educational outcomes.
  • Develop and adapt dynamic educational materials and intervention plans, ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence and treatment integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification with a stellar record of professional conduct.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience delivering ABA services within a school setting, preferably with the ASD population.
  • A natural collaborator with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing positive relationships across the educational community.
  • A beacon of reliability, punctuality, and open communication, committed to transparency and teamwork.
  • A deep-seated understanding of ABA principles, coupled with a creative and flexible approach to their application in educational settings.
