Job Overview:

An OPC Marketing Agent is responsible for having face-to-face conversations with all patrons passing by or stopping at our locations to schedule presentations to preview Vacation Clubs. This is done by greeting, providing customer service, and presenting incentivized offers to qualified prospects to attend previews of Vacation Clubs.

Responsibilities:

• Greets, presents and incentivizes potential clients to attend a travel membership sales presentation at GlobeX
• Present the brand with utmost professionalism through exemplary behavior, ethical conduct, exceptional customer service, and appropriate attire
• Develop expertise in local attractions, dining, and shows to become a knowledgeable representative for GlobeX
• Actively sell tickets to local attractions
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly production standards as assigned
• Foster a lively, positive, and collaborative work environment with fellow team members in a shared space

Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Two years of customer service preferred
• Intermediate technology proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to learn new applications
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team
