If so, we have the perfect job opportunity for you Quality Yard and Home Maintenance is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Crew Member to join our team of professional landscape specialists.

 

Position Summary:

As a Crew Member, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality yard and home maintenance services to our diverse clientele. You will work alongside a team of experienced landscapers and be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including lawn mowing, trimming, planting, and hardscape installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Perform a wide range of landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching

- Operate and maintain various landscape equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers

- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the job is completed to the highest standard

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

- Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred

- Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs

- Ability to operate landscape equipment and tools

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

 Salary: $36.000 to $48,000 yearly
