Job Title: Crew Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at Licking & Knox Goodwill Industries. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of staff members, ensuring quality control, and providing training at assigned contract sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate work assignments for staff members
  • Inspect facilities to ensure standards are met
  • Provide training and guidance to staff
  • Recommend corrective actions as needed
  • Assist with general cleaning tasks
Requirements:
  • Management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and perform physical tasks
