Introduction

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Civil Litigation Paralegal position. This position is a direct hire opportunity which is expected to be on-site in Orlando, FL 32801. 


Summary

The Civil Litigation Paralegal must have interest in preparing motions, subpoenas and discovery, summarize depositions and able to handle a variety of insurance defense, civil rights and constitutional disputes, business, and first amendment litigation.

 

Qualified candidates would have the following:

  • Commercial, employment, civil litigation paralegal with 4-8 years' experience needed for 'AV' rated downtown Orlando law firm. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys and staff. 
  • A strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Experience using Westlaw for legal research. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
