We are seeking a Leasing Consultant with Student Housing experience to manage and act as Lease Manager for a 138 bed property within walking distance to UT Austin. 

Responsibilities:

  • List and lease residential student housing property
  • Negotiate lease agreements
  • Market project to students and parents
  • Provide tours and host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic student housing rental agreements
  • Verify and disclose property facts to potential residents

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in student housing property management
