As our Product Manager, you will be passionate about creating products that our customers love. You will join a team with a dynamic culture and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that produce a strong ecosystem for our customers, vendors, and teammates. Please note, this is an on-site position with potential for some hybrid work in the future.

Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Drive product debuts working with all stakeholders to ensure a successful launch.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision with all stakeholders.
  • Refine and maintain a product release process.
  • Act as the product evangelist to build awareness, adoption, and support for products.
  • Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategy.
  • Represent the company by visiting customers and vendors to solicit and share feedback on products and services.
  • Identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that increase market share, improve the customer experience, and gain efficiencies in delivering products to market.

Requirements and Skills

  • 5+ years of proven work experience in a product management role.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of or hands-on experience in wellness-focused consumer products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
