Open Shifts: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am 3.5 days a week and every other weekend or PRN.
12-hour shift availability needed.
Job duties may include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities and needs as directed by the Community Director.
- Help residents with meals and escorts.
- Take vital signs.
- Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team.
- Answer resident calls.
- Clean and sanitize resident areas.
- Assist in changing bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by community Executive Director.
Requirements:
- Current, valid WI state certification and in good standing.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
- Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid CPR (recently expired accepted, we will get you recertified)
