Job Opportunity at High Point Residence

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CBRF Caregiver/Cook to join our team at High Point Residence. As a caregiver and cook, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities and needs as directed by the Community Director.
  • Help residents with meals and escorts.
  • Take vital signs.
  • Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team.
  • Answer resident calls.
  • Clean and sanitize resident areas.
  • Assist in changing bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned by community Executive Director.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid WI state certification and in good standing.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid CPR (recently expired accepted, we will get you recertified).
