Knoxville, TN

Schedule: Mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends; 40-hour weeks. 

Salary: Starting at $17.00/hr., plus commissions

The primary role of a canvasser is to generate leads and set appointments with property owners for our Sales team. Candidates should be competitive in nature, energetic and reliable. Must be able to communicate respectfully and persuasively with homeowners. Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to walk 3-5 miles daily. Canvassers should have reliable transportation back and forth to work. We offer housing concessions for those employees who work outside of their home markets. We also provide full training and opportunities for advancement. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Knocking on doors to speak with home and property owners 

  • Knocking on doors to speak with potential business partners 

  • Handing out fliers to future customers 

  • Working home show/trade show booths  

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with the sales team  

  • Promoting Aspen Contracting on all aspects of the business
