We have an immediate opening for an Internal Sales Associate of Foodservice Equipment based in the Miami area. Responsible for sales support of the sales team and work alongside the VP of Sales.
Internal Sales Associates Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Dealer relations.
• Assist with and manage current network of Distributors and / or Representatives for assigned territories.
• Assist, manage and develop new Distributors and / or Representatives in territories with no representation.
• Grow sales, develop relationships, and maximize opportunities with new and current customers.
• Initiative-taking work with key accounts, such as chains and franchises to get our products specified and develop strong relationships.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities in the market.
• Update sales database and competitors’ comparisons files.
• Participate in trade shows and sales seminars.
• Participate in the company to establish annual goals and marketing strategies.
• Communication with the other departments about service or logistic complaints.
• Collaborate with our marketing department to create catalogs, flyers, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Internal Sales Associate Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales and managing distributors or dealers with at least 2 years experience (ideal backgrounds include commercial or domestic food service products).
• Travel to National and Regional shows if needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
• Motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel.
• Bilingual preferred (English as primary, Spanish as secondary language).
