What Matters Most as the Communication Marketing Coordinator:

  • Pay: $24/hour
  • Benefits offered: medical, dental, vision.
  • Monday – Friday daytime schedule 
  • 12 -month temporary role 
  • Weekly Pay 

 

Your New Role as the Communication Marketing Coordinator:

  • Develop unique content for Facility Management Services, including SharePoint sites, corporate support sites, and project communications planning.
  • Provide tactical support for executing marketing plans, including graphic design and content maintenance for print projects.
  • Create marketing content for education, special announcements, SharePoint, and program initiatives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of PowerPoint presentation decks and digital libraries.
  • Update communication templates, SharePoint sites, and ensure brand compliance.
  • Monitor timelines for marketing content development and distribution.
  • Coordinate education presentations and graphics for leadership meetings.
  • Create internal reference guides on program or service line offerings.

 

Your Experience as the Communication Marketing Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant technical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Canva
  • Marketing background preferred.
