In the role of an Enrollment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to attain outstanding levels of client satisfaction and engagement through the implementation of tailored solutions. A background in sales, account management, or customer service is a plus for this position. Accomplishing this requires understanding the client's needs, suggesting tailored solutions, and overseeing connections. No cold calling is taking place. We are contacting potential clients who have expressed interest in our consultation services. In addition to weekly, monthly, and yearly bonuses, we provide a path to leadership and the chance to rank among the nation's best.

Responsibilities:

  • Precisely record client details, such as address, billing details, account package, preferences, and more.
  • Monitor client service and sales trends in the industry to increase client retention.
  • Participate in quarterly, monthly, and weekly evaluations of your own and your team's progress.
  • Sustain a superior standard of client contentment through the implementation of active listening skills in order to formulate and deliver focused product recommendations.
  • Establishes and maintains new accounts, acquires orders, and provides service to existing clients through the strategic coordination and planning of daily work activities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be local to Nashville and surrounding areas- This is an in-office position.
  • Customer Support experience preferred.
  • Capable of working independently and efficiently to accomplish goals in a formal office setting.
  • Excellent communication abilities, an optimistic outlook, a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, a hunger for success, and the ability to be coached.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
